1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Flare Marketing services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Flare Marketing provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

  • Creative Campaigns
  • Digital Advertising
  • Growth Strategy
  • Web Development
  • Software Engineering
  • Brand Strategy

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Timely payment of agreed fees
  • Providing necessary assets and approvals
  • Complying with applicable laws and regulations
  • Respecting intellectual property rights

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

  • Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • Services may be suspended for non-payment
  • Refunds are subject to individual agreement terms

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

  • Clients retain ownership of their brand assets
  • Flare Marketing retains rights to creative methodologies
  • Work product ownership is defined in service agreements
  • Both parties respect third-party intellectual property

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and expect the same regarding our business processes and methodologies.

7. Limitation of Liability

Flare Marketing's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in individual agreements. Termination procedures and obligations will be outlined in service contracts.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels in the Netherlands.
